School begins with the General Assembly for which every student should be present. When the bell is rung students will go for the assembly. Students should be in school before 7:40 a.m. During the change of teachers, or when going from one class to another silence must be observed.
Students are expected to make good the damage to furniture and library books.
No letters have to be passed on to students and teachers except to the Principal. Tiffin, Water bottles, books or SUPW materials sent to school will not be accepted.
Students will not be allowed:
Books are regularly issued to the students from the school library. All books, periodicals, magazines, etc. must be submitted for approval to the Principal. Students are not allowed to keep books borrowed from the library for more than a fortnight without permission. Otherwise they are liable to be fined.
Visitors are not allowed to meet the teachers in their respective classrooms or in the staff room during the teaching hours. They may do so out of class hours, having made an appointment. (Use the contact page of the school diary).
In consideration of the student being admitted by the school for the purpose of education at the request of the parents/ guardian, they agree with the school that the student will attend the school regularly and will observe and comply with all the rules and regulations and that the parent/ guardian shall pay to the school regularly all the fees and charges as may be due.
The school will not be liable for any damages/charges on account of injuries fatal or otherwise, which may be sustained by the students anytime during her stay in school, while taking part in sports and in extracurricular or any other form of activities of the school, within or outside the school premises. All expenses that may be incurred in the treatment of such injuries will be borne by the parent/guardian as per the rules of the school.
The school does not own any school bus/vehicle for the purpose of transporting students from their home to school and vice versa. The school shall not have any responsibility or be liable in any manner for any injuries sustained by students while being boarded/carried by any vehicle arranged by the parents or guardians/others.
The school is not responsible for lost books, clothes etc.
Students are forbidden to bring to school any kind of electronic equipment, such as mobile phones, iPods, Walkman, and cassette players on a day-to-day basis. A cassette player or CD player may be brought to school only for practice for a school programme/concert and will be used under the supervision of the class teacher/teacher in charge. It should be deposited in the school office during class hours.
Parents are requested to make complaints, if any, to the Principal directly and not to the class teachers.
The use of mobile in the school premises is strictly prohibited. If a child is found using a mobile, it will be confiscated and will not be returned and the user will be severely penalized.
On an examination day, a student is expected to attend all the classes throughout the day. Otherwise, the test stands cancelled. No student will be allowed to go home after answering a test for any reason whatsoever. Guardians are advised not to send sick students to school, especially on examination days.
