Admission

• When filling the form of application for admission the guardians are requested to enter all particulars, with the greatest possible accuracy.
• Transfer certificates must be produced by all candidates who have previously attended any school and countersigned by the Inspector of schools.
• For fresh admission, a birth certificate should accompany the application. No change in the name and date of birth is permitted later.
• Admission fee as per the notice.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR NURSERY ADMISSION 2021

• Online Application Form will be available on our School Website carmelconventhighschoolmamc from 15th  October 2020 to 16^th  November 2020.
• Closing of the Online form will be on 16^th November at 8:00 p.m.
• The submission of application form does not guarantee admission.
• An application that is not filled in correctly will be rejected by the school.

PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION

• Go to the website carmelconventhighschoolmamc
• Click Admission
• Click on Online Application Form for NURSERY 2021.
• Enter your Child’s Name, date of birth & Place (Exactly as it is in Birth Certificate) and other fields including the Aadhar Number. (All entries should be in Capital Letters). Request for any change in Date of Birth, after the entry, will never be accepted by the school in future.
• Register all the details because these entries will go into admission register/records later.
• Please upload the following documents along with the application:-
  • A copy of Date of Birth Certificate from Municipality and Hospital
  • copy of the Aadhar Card
  • A recent photograph of size 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm.to be pasted on the form
  • Baptism certificate for the Catholic students.
• A schedule for interactions with the parents and candidates will be given November 2020 through SMS from the school.
